Bud Light continues to face severe challenges and shows no signs of recovery.
Since the ill-advised collaboration with Dylan Mulvaney and the March Madness promotion, the beer brand under Anheuser-Busch has been enduring a series of setbacks.
Now, the latest sales data paints a grim picture for the once-popular brand, OutKick reported.
According to data from Bump Williams Consulting and Nielsen IQ, sales by volume have plummeted by 29.5% for the week ending May 20 compared to the previous year.
In terms of revenue, sales have dropped by 25.7% during the same period.
The numbers speak for themselves: Bud Light is experiencing a devastating decline in sales. The situation is dire, and the repercussions are being felt across the board.
Anheuser-Busch Inbev’s stock has taken a significant hit since the beginning of April, with beers being sold for minimal prices. Unfortunately, there seems to be no relief in sight, as the downward trend persists.
