According to a screenshot of a WhatsApp message obtained from an IRS whistleblower, Hunter Biden purportedly requested payment from Chinese businessman Henry Zhao, who has links to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The message suggests that this occurred in 2017 while President Joe Biden was present alongside Hunter.

Henry Zhao played a significant role in the establishment of Harvest Fund Management and was elected as the chairman of the board in November 2017, as reported by Breitbart News.

Harvest Fund Management has emerged as one of China’s prominent asset management companies, catering to over 100 million investors, as mentioned on Harvest Advisors’ website.

Peter Schweizer, a senior contributor at Breitbart News and the president of the Government Accountability Institute, noted that Zhao also served as the chairman and Chinese Communist Party general secretary at the firm.
