Last week, Hunter Biden reached an agreement to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of failing to pay taxes on time.

However, new testimony from a second whistleblower, released by the House Ways and Means Committee, alleges that Hunter Biden engaged in a deliberate tax evasion scheme, avoiding payment of millions of dollars in taxes, Breitbart News reported.

The second whistleblower, identified as the lead IRS case agent for the Hunter Biden investigation (whose name is redacted), asserts that Hunter Biden orchestrated a complex tax evasion scheme involving a Ukrainian natural gas company on whose board he served and a Chinese business associate.

The whistleblower claims that Hunter Biden had already accumulated substantial tax liabilities even before his father assumed the role of vice president.

In 2014, when Joe Biden was in his second term as vice president and overseeing Ukraine policy, Hunter Biden received $666,667 from Burisma, the Ukrainian natural gas company, for minimal or no work.

According to the whistleblower, rather than reporting this income and fulfilling the associated tax obligations, Hunter Biden transferred the funds to a Chinese firm operated by one of his associates.

The associate then categorized the money as a “loan” to Hunter Biden, thus evading immediate taxation.
