A shirtless man was fatally stabbed by a stranger at a Brooklyn Mobil station while his friend danced exuberantly.

The attacker claimed the men’s actions were offensive to his Muslim faith, leading to a possible hate crime investigation by the NYPD.

The incident occurred when the victim and his friends, all shirtless in swim trunks, stopped to pump gas, the New York Daily News has reported.

A friend of the victim started dancing, prompting harassment from a group of men exiting the gas station. The argument escalated, and the victim was stabbed.

He was taken to the hospital but did not survive.

The killer fled the scene and remains at large. Witnesses suggest the attacker and his friends frequent a nearby smoke shop, though the shop denies any connection to the crime.
