FollettoRobotics, a South Korea-based firm formerly known as Daeyoung Information System, has unveiled two innovative products, Folletto, a 3D printer, and Cafe Zinho, an AI barista robot, as outlined in a recent press release.

Cafe Zinho is an automated robotic system designed to replicate the techniques and movements of a skilled barista, proficient in creating intricate latte art.

The robot utilizes a robotic arm to execute a variety of motions. Following the latte art process, the device features a self-cleaning system equipped with an integrated steam function to cleanse the robot’s body.

Moreover, Cafe Zinho incorporates a cap closing function that securely places a lid on the completed beverage, Fast Casual reported.

This not only helps in maintaining the beverage’s temperature but also safeguards it from potential contaminants and foreign objects.

The company has further improved its AI calibration, ensuring an optimal espresso brewing experience.

This is achieved by considering ambient temperature, humidity levels, roasting time of the coffee beans, and extraction timing in a harmonized manner.
