In her response to President Biden’s State of the Union address, Republican Alabama Senator Katie Britt criticized his handling of the border crisis and economic challenges.

A rising GOP figure, Britt, 42, who gained praise for her selection to deliver the rebuttal, highlighted concerns about the direction of the country under Biden’s leadership.

She specifically pointed to the border crisis, economic struggles, rising consumer costs, and criticized Biden’s foreign policy decisions.

Britt emphasized the need for strong leadership and called for a reevaluation of the nation’s trajectory.

Born and raised in Alabama, Britt won the Senate seat in the 2022 midterms, defeating Republican Rep. Mo Brooks, Fox News reported.

She endorsed former President Trump, citing his leadership contrasts with the current administration’s policies.
