Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has criticized Western allies for what he sees as a lack of support in the face of escalating Russian aggression.
Following overnight strikes by Russian forces on multiple Ukrainian regions, Zelensky expressed gratitude for those involved in recovery efforts and defending against attacks.
However, he emphasized that more assistance, particularly in terms of air defense systems, is urgently needed to combat ongoing Russian aggression.
Zelensky warned that failure to provide adequate support would effectively sanction global terrorism, the Daily Express reported.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s concerns about ammunition and manpower shortages persist, prompting calls for swift action, including the passage of a $60 billion aid bill by US President Joe Biden.
As Ukraine ramps up mobilization efforts, the need for solidarity and tangible support from international partners remains paramount.
