NYPD deploying resources to houses of worship, sensitive locations in city

The New York Police Department (NYPD) and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) are closely monitoring the situation in Israel.

While there are currently no credible threats to New York City or Los Angeles, both departments are deploying resources to protect houses of worship and sensitive locations.

Mayor Eric Adams of New York City expressed solidarity with Israel and reassured residents of the city’s safety.

He emphasized the significance of the situation for Jewish New Yorkers, especially with Passover approaching, the Jerusalem Post has reported.

Both NYPD and LAPD will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of their respective communities.
