Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, in an interview with Infowars host Alex Jones, alleged that Democrats are aiming to have former President Donald Trump “murdered in jail.”

Greene suggested that the multiple criminal cases against Trump are orchestrated by political rivals to imprison him until his death, citing a bill proposed by Mississippi Democrat Rep Bennie Thompson to strip Secret Service protections from former officials convicted of felonies.

Greene also claims that Trump is being unfairly targeted by Democrats, the DOJm and the Biden Administration, the Independent has reported.

Trump faces several criminal cases, including charges related to hush money payments and attempts to overturn the 2020 election, to which he has pleaded not guilty, dismissing them as a “witch hunt.”
