Two military horses in London suffered serious injuries after bolting through the city streets due to construction noise, tossing their riders.

The incident caused chaos during morning rush hour, with the horses narrowly avoiding accidents with cyclists and vehicles.

While three soldiers were hospitalized with injuries, they were expected to recover fully.

Two horses, Quaker and Vida, sustained the worst injuries, with Vida seen galloping through London covered in blood.

Despite not having broken bones, both horses required medical attention. The other loose horses, Trojan and Tennyson, were corralled after a 5-mile run, the Associated Press reported.

The army assured the public that no serious injuries occurred to civilians. The incident, rare for the typically well-trained horses, was attributed to the unexpected construction noise in the area.

Despite the mishap, the regiment demonstrated readiness for upcoming summer events during their annual inspection at Hyde Park.
