In St. Petersburg, Florida, an unusual domestic battery incident involved an 18-year-old, Damian Kasten, who allegedly threw a soiled adult diaper at his brother, hitting him in the chest.

The altercation started over ongoing domestic issues, escalating when Kasten, who is paralyzed but uses his upper body for mobility, damaged walls and became aggressive.

His brother and a witness carried him outside for safety and called 911. Kasten then reportedly removed his soiled diaper and threw it at his brother.

Police noted remnants of the diaper on the front porch and the victim’s stomach, the Smoking Gun has reported.

Kasten was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and released on his own recognizance.

A judge ordered him to avoid contact with his brother, allowing a police-supervised visit to retrieve his belongings.
