Giuliani’s 80th birthday in Palm Beach ends with an indictment

At Rudy Giuliani’s 80th birthday celebration in Palm Springs, he was unexpectedly served with a legal notice by officials from the Arizona Attorney General’s office.

The notice pertained to his indictment for allegedly trying to overturn the 2020 election results in favor of Donald Trump.

Despite the dramatic interruption, Giuliani seemed unfazed, and the remaining party guests, including notable Trump advisors Steve Bannon and Roger Stone, continued to enjoy the evening.

The Arizona AG’s office justified the timing by emphasizing the importance of the law, the New York Post has reported.

Giuliani, the last of 18 defendants to be served, faces charges in multiple states for his alleged involvement in the plot to falsely assign electoral votes to Trump.

He maintains his innocence to all of the charges.
