At a rally in the Bronx, former President Donald Trump criticized what he called “radical left pro-crime policies” that he believes have harmed New York City.
He specifically targeted measures like cashless bail, which he claims have led to an increase in crime.
Trump blamed these policies for incidents such as the murder of Police Officer Jonathan Diller, highlighting the alleged perpetrator’s numerous prior arrests, Breitbart News reported.
He vowed to oppose what he sees as lenient approaches to crime, pledging to confront prosecutors and politicians whom he accuses of enabling such policies.
