Trump still faces 54 charges after New York conviction

Former President Trump was convicted on all counts in his hush-money trial in New York, marking him as the first former U.S. president to be convicted of a felony.

The conviction, involving charges related to falsifying business records to conceal an alleged affair with Stormy Daniels, is a significant legal blow.

However, Trump still faces 54 more criminal charges across Georgia, Florida, and Washington, D.C, The Hill has reported.

Despite the impending sentencing hearing set for July 11, just before the Republican National Convention, it remains uncertain if any of the remaining charges will be resolved before the November election.
