A man in Florida allegedly went on a deadly rampage, fatally shooting three women in separate incidents, including his mother, cousin, and his ex-girlfriend’s new partner.

The suspect, 28-year-old Javontee Brice, initially threatened his ex-girlfriend but was dissuaded by his sister before proceeding to a motel where he shot his mother in front of family members.

He later killed his cousin at a cookout and his ex-girlfriend’s new partner at another location.

Police tracked Brice to Hamilton County, where he engaged officers in gunfire and was fatally shot, ABC News has reported.

Investigators are probing the motives behind the attacks, noting Brice targeted specific individuals without apparent provocation.
