Hunter Biden has been attending meetings with President Joe Biden and his top aides since Monday, after returning to the White House from Camp David.

Typically seen at the White House residence and events, it is unusual for Hunter Biden to join his father’s meetings, which has surprised some aides.

He was found guilty on gun-related charges last month and remains under indictment for tax-related felonies.

Despite this, he has been closely advising his father, participating in a few meetings and phone calls, NBC News has reported.

Hunter Biden’s involvement comes amid questions about Joe Biden’s re-election campaign. Hunter is at the White House to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday with the Biden family.
