Senator Christopher S. Murphy, a prominent Democrat from Connecticut, issued a pointed message to President Biden, urging him to take decisive action to bolster his campaign.

Murphy emphasized the urgency of the moment, stressing that Biden must engage in unscripted events and hold a town hall to address concerns raised after a poorly received debate performance.

Other Democratic figures echoed similar sentiments, including Senator Michael Bennet of Colorado, who underscored the need for Biden to demonstrate his ability to effectively campaign against Donald Trump, DNYUZ have reported.

Despite these calls for action, Biden has yet to take such steps. Nevertheless, Democratic leaders on Capitol Hill continue to support him, albeit with reservations.
