President Biden is exploring proposals to reform the Supreme Court, including establishing term limits for justices and creating an enforceable ethics code.

Biden faced pressure from liberal groups during the 2020 election to support reforms, but previously opted for a commission to study potential changes rather than endorsing court-packing.
