Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump announced he has agreed to a debate with Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris on Fox News, scheduled for September 4.

Meanwhile, the Harris campaign insists on sticking to the originally planned ABC News debate on September 10.

Trump stated the Fox News debate would be moderated by Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum, with a full arena audience in Pennsylvania.

Harris’ campaign accused Trump of trying to avoid the agreed-upon ABC debate, urging him to honor his commitment, CBS News has reported.

Both campaigns have been invited to participate in additional debates in early September by CBS News.
