Rep. Andy Ogles, a Tennessee Republican representing part of Nashville, was reportedly searched by the FBI last week following his recent primary election win on August 1.

Ogles is currently facing controversy over his campaign’s finances, having admitted to mistakes in his financial disclosures.

In May, he amended several reports and retracted a claim of personally loaning his campaign $320,000.

The FBI declined to confirm or deny the search, and Ogles’ attorney also did not comment on the FBI action, the Daily Mail has reported.

Neighbors and local law enforcement reported no unusual activity, though one source confirmed a recent FBI search warrant execution in the county.
