President Joe Biden announced that he will campaign for Democratic candidate Kamala Harris in Pennsylvania, a key battleground state for the upcoming presidential election.

Biden, who recently decided to withdraw from the race against Donald Trump, stated in an interview with CBS that he plans to support Harris and participate in campaign efforts in Pennsylvania and other states.

Harris leads Trump in recent polls in Pennsylvania and other swing states, Reuters has reported.

Biden and Harris are scheduled to appear together in Maryland to discuss economic progress, and Harris is expected to reveal her policy positions focused on the economy in the coming week.
