Sen. Bernie Sanders praised Vice President Kamala Harris for the Biden-Harris administration’s accomplishments, including tackling pharmaceutical industry greed, lowering prescription drug costs, and creating jobs by improving infrastructure.
Sanders emphasized the administration’s efforts on climate change and job creation, stating that Harris should be proud of their record.
He also dismissed concerns about Harris’s policy reversals, arguing that her positions contrast sharply with Donald Trump’s, particularly on issues like climate change and income inequality, The Hill has reported.
Sanders, who is campaigning for Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz, highlighted broad public support for policies such as expanding Medicare and raising the minimum wage, calling it both good policy and good politics.
