An Israeli air strike in southern Lebanon killed 10 people, including a woman and her two children, in one of the deadliest incidents along the Lebanon-Israel border during the current conflict.
The strike targeted a building in Nabatieh, which Israel claimed was a Hezbollah weapons depot, a claim denied by the building’s owner.
In response, Hezbollah launched rocket attacks on a kibbutz in northern Israel and an Israeli military post, injuring two Israeli soldiers, the BBC has reported.
This escalation follows Israel’s recent assassination of a senior Hezbollah commander, intensifying the conflict amid ongoing regional tensions.
