Wagon rolls over at Wisconsin apple orchard injuring about 25 children and adults

About 25 children and adults were injured when a wagon overturned during a field trip to an apple orchard in Lafayette, western Wisconsin.

According to Chippewa County Sheriff Travis Hakes, one of two wagons being pulled by a tractor rolled over while going downhill at low speed.

Three individuals suffered critical injuries, and five others had serious injuries; the exact number of injured children was not specified, the Associated Press has reported.

The affected children are elementary school students from Eau Claire.
