Seven people were killed and dozens wounded in a terrorist shooting at a light rail station in Jaffa on Tuesday evening.
Six victims were taken to Ichilov Medical Center, two in critical condition, while twelve others, including a child, were treated at Wolfson Medical Center, five in serious condition.
Initially believed to be a criminal act due to recent shootings in the area, it was confirmed as a terror attack when authorities heard shouts of “Allahu Akbar.”
The two attackers, from Hebron, were shot dead by security forces and armed civilians. Eyewitnesses described scenes of terror and chaos, The Jerusalem Post has reported.
