Country music star Garth Brooks has been accused of sexual assault and battery in a lawsuit filed by a “Jane Roe,” who claims she was his hairstylist and makeup artist.

The lawsuit, filed in California, alleges Brooks raped her during a 2019 work trip and repeatedly exposed himself, made sexual comments, and sent explicit messages.

Brooks has denied the allegations, calling them extortion, and said he filed a lawsuit against Roe a month earlier for defamation, CNN has reported.

Roe’s attorney refutes Brooks’ claims, stating they are confident in their case. Brooks’ wife, Trisha Yearwood, has not commented.
