At a campaign event in Wisconsin, Democratic nominee Kamala Harris and former Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney criticized Trump for his actions on January 6 and his refusal to accept the 2020 election results.

Cheney stated, “The most conservative of conservative values is fidelity to our constitution,” and announced her support for Harris, emphasizing the need to defeat Trump.

Harris echoed Cheney’s sentiments, reaffirming that Trump lost the election and cannot be trusted with power again, The Guardian has reported.

Both spoke behind large glass barriers, focusing on the importance of preserving democracy over party affiliation.
