Obama to blitz trail in final weeks

Former President Barack Obama will campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz starting October 10, focusing on battleground states before Election Day.

His first stop is in the Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania.

The campaign comes as both Harris and Donald Trump, along with their surrogates, target crucial states like Pennsylvania, which swung between the two candidates in previous elections.

Obama, who endorsed Harris in July and has been actively supporting her since, praised her commitment to all Americans, ABC News has reported.

Additionally, Harris recently received support from former Republican Rep. Liz Cheney, who emphasized the importance of rejecting Trump’s actions during the January 6 insurrection.
