Rock guitarist Jake E. Lee was shot multiple times early Tuesday while walking his dog in Las Vegas, according to police and his management.

Lee was hospitalized and is currently in intensive care but is expected to fully recover.

Authorities believe the shooting was random, and no arrests have been made, NBC News has reported.

Lee, known for performing with Ozzy Osbourne in the 1980s and later with Badlands, now leads the band Red Dragon Cartel. His family has requested privacy during this time.
