Michelle Obama hits the trail for Kamala Harris

During her first campaign stop of 2024 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, former First Lady Michelle Obama delivered a message urging men to recognize what she alleges are potential life-or-death consequences of the upcoming election for women’s health.

Speaking at a rally for Vice President Kamala Harris, she emphasized the dire repercussions if Donald Trump were to be re-elected, highlighting the risks to women’s healthcare access, including potential legal jeopardy and inadequate treatment for serious conditions.

Obama called on men to consider how these policies would impact the women in their lives and urged voter turnout to protect women’s rights, asserting that failure to act could lead to devastating outcomes for families, NBC News has reported.

The rally drew over 7,000 attendees, who responded enthusiastically to her 40-minute speech.
