UK stabbing suspect in deaths of 3 girls found with ricin, al Qaeda material and charged under Terrorism Act

Eighteen-year-old Axel Muganwa Rudakubana, charged with killing three young girls and injuring others at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in the UK, now faces additional charges for possessing an al Qaeda training manual and ricin poison.

The poison and training document were discovered at his home, though authorities confirmed no public exposure risk to ricin.

Despite these new charges under the Terrorism Act, police have not classified the July 29 attack as terrorism due to the absence of an established motive, Fox News has reported.
