Halloween shootings in Orlando nightlife district leave 2 dead, 6 wounded

Victims ranged from 19 to 39, with two initially in critical condition now stable.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer declared a state of emergency, setting a midnight alcohol cutoff and a curfew from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m, CNN has reported.
