U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump has sued CBS News, alleging that it aired a “misleading” interview with his opponent, Kamala Harris.
The lawsuit, filed in Texas, claims CBS’s 60 Minutes omitted parts of Harris’s response to a question on the Israel-Hamas conflict, making her position appear clearer than it was.
CBS has denied the allegations, Al-Jazeera has reported.
The case was filed in Amarillo, Texas, in a court known for handling cases favored by Republicans, presided over by Trump appointee Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk.
