Clashes, confusion and secrecy consume Harris campaign’s finances

Kamala Harris’ campaign, which raised a record $1.4 billion, is now facing financial struggles after its loss in the election.

Despite running out of funds, the campaign continues to solicit donations, claiming the money will go toward supporting legal challenges and recounts.

However, sources reveal significant internal frustration over the campaign’s lack of financial transparency and mismanagement, with reports of debt reaching millions.

Discontent also stems from lavish spending on celebrity appearances and events, and donors are questioning the campaign’s decisions, NBC News has reported.

The Democratic National Committee, however, is financially stable. Harris’ campaign faces criticism from within and from donors over its handling of finances and lack of clarity moving forward.
