A man detonated explosives outside Brazil’s Supreme Court in Brasília on Wednesday, killing himself and forcing an evacuation of justices and staff.
Earlier, he had exploded a car in a Congress parking lot, causing no injuries.
The suspect failed to breach the court before triggering two blasts.
Authorities are investigating his identity and motives, with initial speculation pointing to a lone-wolf attack, CBS News has reported.
The incident comes amid heightened tensions, as the Supreme Court has faced threats from far-right groups linked to former President Jair Bolsonaro.
