China Showcases World’s Most Advanced High-Speed Trains

China will host the 12th UIC World Congress on High-Speed Rail in July 2025, focusing on innovation and sustainability in rail technology.

The conference will feature international discussions on global rail challenges and new developments, with paper submissions now open.

China, home to the world’s largest high-speed rail network, will showcase its advancements, including intelligent rail systems.

The event may be affected by international tensions, as some UIC members, like those from Russia and Belarus, have been suspended due to the war in Ukraine, Newsweek has reported.

Attendance details for the conference are still pending.
