A Connecticut couple, Jadion Anthony Richards and Akwele Nickeisha Lawes-Richards, is accused of running a theft ring at Lululemon stores across multiple states, stealing nearly $1 million in merchandise.
They allegedly used a tactic where Richards would make a small purchase, then help Lawes-Richards and an accomplice steal items by switching security sensors.
Police found over $50,000 worth of stolen goods in their hotel room.
Both suspects face charges of organized retail theft and could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted, CNN has reported.
They are scheduled to appear in court on December 16.
