Pam Bondi, nominated by President-elect Donald Trump for Attorney General, pledged to restore “one tier of justice for all” and address the weaponization of the Justice Department against political opponents.

Bondi, Florida’s first female Attorney General, has been a strong Trump supporter, serving as his defense lawyer during his first impeachment and co-chair of Women for Trump in 2020.

More than 100 former DOJ officials and the largest U.S. police union endorsed her nomination, Breitbart News has reported.

In her Senate testimony, Bondi emphasized her commitment to making America safe and restoring public confidence in the justice system.
