Rudy Giuliani reached a settlement with Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, resolving a $150 million defamation case against him.
The agreement allows Giuliani to keep his homes and possessions, including his Florida condo and New York Yankees memorabilia, while committing not to defame the women again.
The case stemmed from Giuliani’s false claims following the 2020 election, and though the workers won significant judgments, full collection was unlikely due to Giuliani’s finances, CNN has reported.
Giuliani, who denies liability, called the episode “unfortunate,” while Freeman and Moss expressed relief at moving forward.
