A Florida woman was arrested for throwing a banana at a 7-Eleven clerk during an argument.

Caltaeviya Turner, 22, got into a verbal altercation with the employee, leading to insults being exchanged.

Turner became angry, grabbed a banana from the counter, and threw it at the worker’s face.

The banana struck the clerk’s cheek, leaving a minor abrasion, but was not seized as evidence.

Turner was arrested for battery and booked into jail, where she is being held without bond for violating probation.

She has a prior grand theft conviction and was recently arrested for resisting arrest and providing a false name, The Smoking Gun has reported.

Police records list Turner’s employer as Baby Dolls, a Clearwater gentleman’s club located four miles from the scene of the crime.
