Police are searching for suspects after 100,000 organic eggs, worth an estimated $40,000, were stolen from a Pete & Gerry’s distribution trailer in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, on Saturday night.

The eggs were taken from outside the company’s headquarters, and authorities believe the thieves may attempt to resell them.

Pennsylvania State Police are asking the public for any information that could help identify the culprits or locate the stolen eggs, The Smoking Gun has reported.
