A highway overpass under construction collapsed in Cheonan, South Korea, killing four workers, including two Chinese nationals, and injuring six others.

Five of the injured are in serious condition.

Dashcam footage captured the sudden collapse, but no passenger cars were in the area, CNN has reported.

Authorities have mobilized rescue efforts, with Acting Interior Minister Koh Ki-dong ordering all available resources to be deployed.
