A report by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project claims that most of President Biden’s official documents were signed using the same autopen signature, raising concerns about his mental acuity and whether he personally ordered the signing of key legal documents.

The project shared examples of executive orders with the same signature, except for Biden’s announcement of dropping out of the 2024 race, which showed a different signature.

Critics, including Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, are questioning if Biden’s staff took advantage of his cognitive decline to push through policies without his knowledge, Fox News has reported.

The investigation calls for determining who controlled the autopen and whether Biden truly signed the orders.
