Two active-duty US Army soldiers, Jian Zhao and Li Tian, along with former soldier Ruoyu Duan, were arrested for selling military secrets to China.
Zhao, a sergeant, is accused of selling classified information, including sensitive documents on US weapons systems, and receiving at least $15,000 in payments.
Tian and Duan are charged with conspiring to steal and transmit military data, including details on US fighting vehicles, CNN has reported.
The FBI and Army Intelligence Command investigated the case, part of several recent incidents involving military personnel leaking information to foreign entities.
