Percy Levy, a 54-year-old Washington man, was arrested on drug and weapons charges after a 16-month investigation.
The Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force seized over 2.8 kilograms of cocaine, fentanyl, and a firearm from his home.
Levy, who had a criminal history and was granted clemency by former Gov. Jay Inslee in 2019, is facing 11 felony charges with a $1.5 million bond.
After his release, Levy worked on criminal justice reform and was involved with Black Lives Matter Seattle-King County, Fox News has reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
