Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.), a critic of Donald Trump and former member of the Jan. 6 committee, dared Trump to criminally charge him after Trump declared pardons signed by President Biden “VOID.”

Kinzinger challenged Trump on CNN, calling his claims a distraction and daring him to take legal action.

Trump had recently criticized Biden’s use of autopen for pardons, though some legal experts confirm such signatures are valid, the Huff Post has reported.

Kinzinger emphasized that Trump’s obsession with the January 6 events reflects his inability to handle the public’s judgment, challenging Trump to bring charges if he truly believes in them.
