New court filings in the case of Bryan Kohberger, accused of killing four University of Idaho students in 2022, reveal key pretrial developments.
Prosecutors plan to introduce Kohberger’s Amazon search history showing he bought a Ka-Bar knife months before the murders and searched for one again after the killings.
They also intend to present a selfie he took hours after the attack.
The defense seeks to exclude this evidence, along with a witness description of the suspect’s “bushy eyebrows,” the Associated Press has reported.
A hearing on these motions is set for April 9. Kohberger’s trial begins August 11, with prosecutors seeking the death penalty.
