The European Union is urging all households in its 27-nation bloc to prepare a three-day survival kit for potential war or natural disasters.

EU crisis management commissioner Hadja Lahbib announced the proposal as part of a broader preparedness strategy, recommending essentials like bottled water, energy bars, and flashlights.

The move follows growing concerns over a possible global conflict stemming from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Several European nations, including France, Sweden, and Norway, have already begun issuing survival guides and conducting evacuation drills, the Daily Mail has reported.
