Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to visit the White House on Monday to meet with President Trump.
This will make him the first foreign leader to meet Trump in person to negotiate the removal of tariffs.
The leaders are also expected to discuss the Iran nuclear crisis and the war in Gaza.
Netanyahu’s visit is contingent on getting approval from judges in his corruption trial to postpone his testimony.
Although the visit was initially expected later in April, it was expedited following discussions between the White House and Netanyahu’s office, Axios has reported.
The White House confirmed the meeting will take place on Monday.
