Tate brothers under federal criminal investigation in US, court filings show

Andrew and Tristan Tate are now under a U.S. federal criminal investigation by the Southern District of New York, according to court filings in a Florida defamation case.

This brings the total number of investigations against the brothers to five, with alleged offenses including human trafficking, rape, and sexual assault.

The SDNY, known for high-profile cases like those involving Jeffrey Epstein and R. Kelly, has not commented.

The Tates, who deny all charges, already face legal trouble in the UK and Romania, The Telegraph has reported.

They briefly visited the U.S. earlier this year but were told by Florida officials they were “not welcome.”
